Nonfood labelling

Each product launched onto the market has to be marked with the energy label provided by supplier clearly and visibly. Another trader's duty is to ensure attachement of information sheet to the manual or other documents that are delivered to end users along with the product

Labelling and requirements must be met in accordance with Government Regulation No. 17/2003 Coll., establishing technical requirements for low voltage electrical equipment, in terms of electromagnetic compatibility (Government Decree No 616/2006 Coll., establishing technical requirements for products in terms of electromagnetic compatibility) and RoHS Directive 2002/95 / on restriction of the use of certain hazardous items.
